The second survey is live for the Rutland City Local Hazard Mitigation Plan update! Rutland City Residents, we are seeking your reaction to the draft mitigation actions developed by the local Planning Team to address the our highest risk natural hazards: Flooding, Extreme Heat, Strong Wind, and Severe Winter Storms.
