Hubbardton

Hubbardton packs a lot of excitement into the northern end of the Taconic Mountains. They have nine (!) lakes and ponds; two state parks; one Japanese garden; and one historic battlefield from the American Revolution, Hubbardton Battlefield. They have Grandpas Knob and Mount Zion. And, they have Bob Gibbs who is our longest serving commissioner and who has been involved in town government since the 1970’s. AND, their 2016 Town Plan was awarded Town Plan of the Year for its innovation.
